The Heiress of Blackwater House is a gothic progressive concept album set in autumn 1887 on the fog-wrapped Cornish coast. Seraphine Blackwater, 23, arrives at her inherited ancestral estate believing she has come to settle a legal matter. She discovers that ownership of Blackwater House is not a legal question — it is a blood covenant three centuries old, and the House has been waiting for her. This is not a haunted-house story. It is a story about what the house has always known about you, and what you owe it for knowing.
