Ride the Voltage is Velvet Voltage’s second full‑length and the first album set entirely within the system. Velvet steps into the grid for the first time; the static reacts before she understands why. Every relay she touches glitches. Every spark wakes something deeper. The album tracks the initial surge — the chaos that follows, moments of blinding voltage, quiet collapse, and the eventual calm after the storm. It’s a harder, more mechanical evolution from the debut, driven by dense circuitry, distorted energy, and a colder industrial pulse while remaining unmistakably electronic at its foundation.
